Resource Training & Solutions

We build meaningful relationships that
enrich our members and equip them with tools for success.

Welcome to the Resource Training & Solutions Moodle Site!

Resource is committed to building leadership capacity for administrators and teacher leaders in Central Minnesota by providing learning and leadership opportunities to support school improvement processes and the emergent needs of staff as they meet the needs of all students. Job-embedded, high quality professional development ensures that what is learned through Resource will be directly applied in engaging classrooms.

Resource will serve you in the following ways:
The mission of Resource cohorts is to provide information and classroom strategies that will be shared and implemented so that participants will deepen understanding and build leadership capacity in our schools and districts. Research-based strategies and effective high quality professional development from the cohorts will be embedded in the School and District Improvement process. Progress monitoring of assessment data will be shared as administrative leaders and reading and math leaders support each other in school improvement efforts.

The Math Science Teacher Partnership focuses on Resource’s collaboration with higher education and regional districts that use lesson study teams to plan lessons, deliver instruction, and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching strategies in relation to student thinking/reasoning. Full teams of teachers meet regularly to promote higher order thinking skills in math/science classrooms. Online support is available for all districts who desire to support their teachers/administrators with strategies to improve schools and the staff who serve their students.
